What type of videos are available on this site and must I pay to access them?
Our new On Demand site offers all sorts of Milwaukee Ballet content for you to enjoy. In our different categories you will find short clips featuring our dancers, behind-the-scenes videos, some of our favorite pieces from our social channels, archival footage, informational and educational resources, and of course... performances!
Season performances, including The Nutcracker, are only available to be streamed during the regular run of the show dates. Performances that are filmed for streaming will be made available online the day our show opens. Access will cease at midnight on the evening of the final performance.
Are there Program Books for performances?
Videos that are featured as part of our season performances will have an accompanying Program Book located in the RESOURCE tab.
What can gift cards be used for?
Gift cards purchased on the Milwaukee Ballet video platform may be used towards renting a filmed performance or other paid content. Its value cannot be applied to in-person performances or products from the Milwaukee Ballet online boutique.
When does the gift card expire?
Gift cards do not expire, however, if a gift card is purchased with the intention to be used for a specific performance, it must be used to redeem the performance before the last day it is available On Demand. Any gift cards that are not used during a specific performance may be applied to other digital On Demand performances that become available.
Milwaukee Ballet is not responsible for lost or unused gift cards.
Can I purchase access to a performance as a gift for someone else?
Yes! You can buy a gift card to share our performances with others and share the magic of Milwaukee Ballet! Click here to purchase the card.
After you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a gift card code to be redeemed for the performance. You may forward this email to the gift recipient or print off the confirmation email and give it to them. Please repeat this process for each household or individual you’d like to gift our performance to.
Please note that the code is only valid for one viewing, so please do not test it.
PURCHASING A PERFORMANCE
Can I use credit from unused tickets this season (2020-21) to purchase one of the new performances On Demand?
Credit cannot be applied directly through our On Demand platform, but our box office manager may be able to help you over the phone. Please call her at 414-902-2103.
I have other family/friends in a different household that would like to watch. Does everyone need to purchase separately, or can I share my account?
On Demand rentals are only valid for your household. Friends and family would need to purchase their own access to performances. Or, you can give them access with a gift card! (see section above on gift cards)
How many times can I watch a performance I've paid for? How long will I have to watch from the time of my purchase?
You will have 72 hours (3 days) from the time you purchase access to the performance to view the performance. You may view as many times as you would like within that time period! After those 72 hours have passed, you will no longer have access. PLEASE NOTE: access will cease at midnight on the last day of each performance. If you purchase access during the last two days you may not receive a full 72 hours of access.

Our On Demand digital platform gives you access to Milwaukee Ballet performances and other content to watch from home (or on the go!) from your computer. Our site is accessible on your web browser. Visit milwaukeeballet.org and click the ON DEMAND menu item.
